At 4Tastic SA, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses throughout South Africa.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order.
Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery is between 8 and 15 business days from the date your order has been processed.
While most orders arrive within this timeframe, delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or high order volumes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
4Tastic SA cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team and we will gladly investigate the shipment with the relevant courier.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
